Mountain Pottery Policies
Orphan pot policy: We contact customers to glaze or pick up their clay projects when they come out of the kiln. Projects that are left in our studio for 3 months without making special arrangements with us will be considered "orphaned pots." In addition, members may contribute surplus pots to our orphan pot program. Proceeds of sales of orphan pots are donated to the Idyllwild Elementary School smARTs program.
